Hello! I have created this tutorial for my school community at the Jewish Community Day School of Rhode Island. I'm anticipating our specific needs and questions as I record the screencast, so it's a very basic "how to get started" just so everyone can get in. Here's a link to the "How to get started" recording.
I used the free Screencastify account, so my recording is just 5 minutes long and I'm cut off at the end, but I think shorter is better at first so we don't get overwhelmed!
I'll remind my colleagues that they can pause the recording and they don't have to watch it all in one sitting - they can go back and repeat segments to get started and figure things out.
I'm planning to use Soundtrap for my final project and with my school and want as many members of my school community as possible (teachers, students, families, friends) to learn how to use it, so a very simple and straightforward "how to" with time to play around is essential.
More to come as I learn more!
Okay wow! I also want to use Soundtrap for my final project, and this tutorial is perfect for showing the kids how to get around. Thanks Erika for this resource!
